Windows Server 2022 is a newer version of Server 2019. Windows Server 2022 Standard offers you some innovations in the areas of security and management.

- Secure connectivity to business-critical resources with an additional layer of security during transport, including support for HTTPS and TLS 1.3 enabled by default.

- Manage and control the Windows Server on site with Azure Arc.

- Better management of virtual machines with the latest Windows Admin Center.

- Migrating the file servers from on-premises to Azure with the new supported scenario in the Storage Migration Service.
